Welcome to Soft Touch Water Softeners 

We are an independant family ran company. Paul and Janet established Soft Touch Water Softeners, and a little while later we were joined by our son in law Nathan who is primarily our water service engineer, and more recently our daughter Nicola has also become part of the company.

We offer a wide range of water softeners and drinking filter systems and Quooker boiling taps. Offering Servicing on most makes and brands of water softeners and have our own salt delivery service throughout Kent. We offer a personal service and do not employ any sales people.

As you may already be aware, Bryan Clarke and Son have now retired. After many years of dedicated service, we would like to wish them a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement.

Naturally, many of their valued customers may now be wondering what to do next regarding servicing, maintenance, salt supplies, or future water softener installations. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and offer our support.  We are an Authorised Kinetico Dealer and are proud to be the closest authorised dealer to the Bryan Clarke and Son service area. In addition, we are authorised dealers for a number of other leading water softener manufacturers, meaning we can assist you regardless of the make or model you currently own.

As a family-run company, we understand the importance of friendly, reliable, and personal service. Our experienced team are fully trained to carry out servicing, repairs, installations, and ongoing support to keep your water softener performing at its best.

We operate from our own dedicated premises, we are not just a voice on the end of the telephone, we are delighted to welcome customers to our new showroom, where you can meet the team, see our products, and discuss your requirements in a relaxed setting — with a cup of tea waiting for you.

We also stock water softener salt, which you are welcome to collect directly (cheaper to collect from our premises) or have it delivered at a competitive and often cheaper price.

I have been with this company for a number of years and would recommend them without hesitating. The service is excellent and any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently . When requested salt blocks are delivered within a very short space of time.

Supply / Install Whole House Water Softener

Excellent. Plumber arrived on time, with minimal fuss installed the Harvey softener as agreed. Once installed it’s been faultlessly delivering soft water. It’s been a great investment both in the unit and Soft Touch.

Remove old water softener and install new softener and filtered water cartridge and tap

Very efficient company – explained how it would all work and how we would notice the difference between hard and soft water. Plumber who installed it was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he had done and how it all worked. It was all fitted in good time and tidied up efficiently. All working well – no problems. Courtesy call was made to see how it was all going.

Hassle free, as no lifting kilos of salt bag. Saved my life! Water tastes so good and no water marks which is very visible. I had a separate drinking water installed on my sink as well. We had a water softener fitted and the experience from point-of-sale through to installation and post-sale was without fault, Soft Touch even managed to accommodate a last minute request I had prior to installation. The installer was excellent. The plumbing is very neat and at every stage of the installation, the installer checked with me on the fundamentals before proceeding.
